General Information

Orders placed on a weekday before 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing that day. Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will generally begin processing the next business day. For orders placed on weekends or holidays, orders will generally begin processing on the next business day. We do not offer Saturday delivery. Holidays and peak sales time may alter your shipment time frame. Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes at this time.

    If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email info@dailyschedule-ny.com as soon as possible. we will make every effort to accommodate your request. please refer to Daily Schedule New York's Return Policy below if you wish to change an order after it has been processed. Once dispatched from our warehouse, we are unable to reroute deliveries.


    DOMESTIC DELIVERY

    We are excited to offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING with on all orders shipped to USA destinations (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Upon shipment, your order can take anywhere from 3-5 business days to arrive.

      For time sensitive, guaranteed date delivery, please purchase an expedited delivery service upon checkout.


      Expedited rates are calculated for each package in real time during the checkout process. To view a quote for shipping options and rates to a particular address, please add desired items to your shopping bag and enter your state and zip code for a real time estimate.


      Expedited services available include 2-Day, Next Day Air or Free Ground delivery for all orders shipped within the United Sates Monday through Friday.


      Please note, All expedited services deliver on business days only. For Next Business Day delivery, please ensure you place your order before 2pm EST for delivery on the next business day.


      We accept most freight forwarding addresses for US delivery, however Customer Service reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if the specified freight forward address is not valid or accepted by our warehouse. 

       

      Sales Tax

      Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax; the actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax.

      Return Policy

      If you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned new, unused, and in its original packaging with tags. merchandise must be free of dirt or stains.


      After 30 days all sales are final. Sale items are only eligible for store credit within 30 days of receipt. please note items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. We cannot make any exceptions, or accept any requests falling outside the time frame outlined above.


      Returns/Exchanges that appear worn or damaged will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Customer must include provided Return Authorization form with all required information for the return to be processed.


      The customer may choose their preferred method of shipping and we recommend tracking/insurance, as Daily Schedule New York is not responsible for lost packages. The customer may choose to have Daily Schedule New York send a pre-paid return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from refund/credit amount. Original shipping fees are not refundable.


      Daily Schedule New York reserves the right to refuse the package and/or return the items back to the sender should the merchandise not abide by this policy.

      Return Instructions

      1. Email Daily Schedule New York at info@dailyschedule-ny.com to request your RA#. Please allow up to 48 hours for your request to be processed.

      2. Once your request is processed we will email you with your RA# and next steps.

      3. Carefully read our Return Policy and make sure all items are included in your package.
